What forms of payment does Tynedale Farm Toys accept?

A.

Tynedale Farm Toys accepts Visa, Mastercard and Switch and Cheque.

Will my credit cards details be safe, is Tynedale Farm Toys secure?

A.  

Any information you provide to Tynedale Farm Toys, including credit card information, is encrypted on our secure server (or that of our payment handler Barclays ePDQ) using SSL. The encryption process converts the information you enter into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet. Therefore, you can be assured that shopping online with Tynedale Farm Toys is a hassle-free experience and one that is completely secure and protected against fraud or similar concerns.

How do I know that my order has been received?

A.

If any of the products that you have requested are out of stock, you will be notified within 24 hours excluding Friday pm to Sunday pm.

How much will delivery cost?

A.

Our standard carriage charge to UK mainland addresses is just £6.50 but free of charge for all orders over £150.00 (exe. VAT)

How long will delivery take?

A.

Goods will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of the receipt of order (if payment by cheque, 48 hours after cheque has cleared) and delivered within 4 working days from placing your order.

What about Value Added Tax (VAT) on Tynedale Farm Toys products?

A.

All prices shown on Tynedale Farm Toys include VAT at 17.5%. Tynedale Farm Toy’s VAT number is 256933629.

Can I arrange for my order to go to another address other than my own?

A.

Yes it’s simple; just fill in the different desired address in the shipping address.

Can I pay for my order when I receive it?

A.

No. All products must be paid for prior to delivery.

What if the product is faulty, what is your returns policy?

A.

If the Product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will of course be made at no charge. If a product is faulty, please notify us by email at: info@tynedalefarmtoys.co.uk or phone 016973 42060 for assistance. Please do note that you should check all products for faults before signing for them with the courier.

What if I have a complaint?

A.

Simply contact us and we will endeavour to deal with your complaint speedily. We will notify you within 5 working days of any complaints that we receive and will attempt to provide you with a timescale for the resolution of the problem.
